Great article John, and really informative. My only issue is, how much time do you spend on this, if your business model is not selling online, but something more localised like consulting?
If you are not generating revenue directly from web traffic (purchasing products or clicking through ads) but from local, not global customers, how much time can a business afford to invest in building this sophisticated communications machine?
